1. Terms
Welcome to Auto Repair Help.US (“Service” or “Site”), owned and operated by Auto Repair Help.US operation (“Auto Repair Help.US”). By clicking “Submit” on the payment page or account registration, or use the Site in any manner, you agree to abide and be bound by this Agreement, the Privacy Policy and Technician Agreement for Technicians (collectively, the “Related Agreement’s”), and all rules, policies and disclaimers (including FAQs for Customers and Technicians) which are posted on the Site or about to be notified (collectively, the “Terms”). 

If you do not accept all of the Terms, or if you are under the age of thirteen (13), do not use the Site. Review all terms carefully before using the Site.

By using the Site, you (i) agree to be bound by the Terms, (ii) represent that you are 13 years of age and can enter into binding contracts legally, (iii) agree and acknowledge that by using the Service you are accepting a benefit that cannot be disgorged, (iv) acknowledge that the service is subject to U.S. export controls and agree that you will comply with U.S. export controls, and (v) represent that you are neither located in sanctioned country nor a prohibited person.

2. Use License
a. Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Auto Repair Help.US’s web site for personal,
non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  1. modify or copy the materials
  2. use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial)
  3. attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on Auto Repair Help. US’s web site
  4. remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials or transfer the materials to another person or “mirror” the materials on any other server

b. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Auto Repair Help.US at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.

Auto Repair Help.US makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Further, Auto Repair Help.US does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its Internet web site or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.

In the Terms, “User”, “you” and “your” mean the individual or entity Auto Repair Help.US sign up as a Client and/or Technician. “Auto Repair Help.US”, “we”, “us” and “our / a” refers to Auto Repair Help.US. “Customer” means the person who asks a question on the Site. “Technician” refers to the person who answers a question on the Site.

5. Electronic and right to change the Terms Communications:
When you Visit Auto Repair Help.US or email us, you are communicating with us electronically. You authorize us to send you communications electronically. We will contact you by email or by posting notices on this Site. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically comply with any legal requirements that such communications be in writing. You agree to provide and keep in your Auto Repair Help.US account profile, your current and active email.

Auto Repair Help.US may change, revise or amend any of the Terms at any time by posting on the Site. The changes will take effect automatically at the time of publication. However, significant changes to the Terms will be effective thirty (30) days after sending a notice to the user, either by email at info@autorepairhelp.us from your registered email address on Auto Repair Help.US, or through other means, including, among others, pop-ups, advertisements, or other notice that is visible in the Auto Repair Help.US website. If you expressly agree to the new terms, the contract will take effect immediately. You agree to make any and all arrangements necessary for you (and not your filter spam) to receive all emails from these email addresses. Your continued use of the Service will signify your acceptance of the changes. If you do not accept the changes, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue use of the Site. The latest Terms will be posted on the Site, and you should always review them before using the Site.

6. Site Auto Repair Help.US is a service
The Auto Repair Help.US site is a service for informational and educational purposes, which allows customers to perform the Technicians answers and respond. Users of the site are not Auto Repair Help.US who provide content Publication (defined below). Technicians determine which questions to answer. Technicians are not employees or agents of Auto Repair Help.US but are independent service providers using the Site to sell their Expert knowledge to Customers and, as such, are along with Customers simply Users of the Site.

Auto Repair Help.US is not participating in the conversation between Customers and Technicians, not binding on the Customer with specific Technicians and does not endorse or recommend specific Technicians. You acknowledge that Auto Repair Help.US does not edit, modify, filter, review, monitor, endorse or guarantee the content of the posts, and cannot. Consequently Auto Repair Help.US is not responsible for any acts or omissions of Technicians, the content of the publications, the ability of Technicians to answer the questions or the ability of Customers to pay for answers. We cannot ensure that a client or a Technician to finish a transaction.

7. Publications and Posts are not private or confidential; Anonymity:
The Site is an Internet-based (similar to a modern version of a radio call-in) forum and the information provided in the content of their questions, answers, information requests, responses, profiles, signatures, qualifications, reviews and posts in the Technician Forum and other places where Users communicate on the Site (collectively “Publications”) is not private or confidential, and others can read, collected and used. For example, search engines may index your questions, answers, and other publications to enable them to appear in search engine results (for example, if someone searches on Google, questions, answers, and other publications Auto Repair Help.US. is to be related to the search may appear in the list of results of search in (Google). To better protect your privacy, use an anonymous user name and do not include information about your identity or contact information in their publications.

9. Limitations:
In no event shall Auto Repair Help.US or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption,) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Auto Repair Help.US Internet site, even if Auto Repair Help.US or an Auto Repair Help.US authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

10. Revisions and Errata:
The materials appearing on Auto Repair Help.US’s web site could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Auto Repair Help.US does not warrant that any of the materials on its web site are accurate, complete, or current. Auto Repair Help. US may make changes to the materials contained on its web site at any time without notice. Auto Repair Help. US does not, however, make any commitment to update the materials.

Auto Repair Help.US has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its Internet web site and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Auto Repair Help. US of the site. Use of any such linked web site is at the user’s own risk.

12. Site Terms of Use Modifications:
Auto Repair Help. US may revise these terms of use for its web site at any time without notice. By using this web site you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms and Conditions of Use.

13. Governing Law:
Any claim relating to Auto Repair Help. US’s web site shall be governed by the laws of the State of Missouri without regard to its conflict of law provisions. General Terms and Conditions applicable to Use of a Web Site.

14. Policy receipts and refunds:
Auto Repair Help.US platform allows you to post questions for you to see the Technician categories user questions, facilitates communication with Technicians via chat, email and message boards on-line and allows providing answers to questions, and other services (“Advantages site access”). Site Customers can opt for one of the two payment models available: (1) payment model question and (2) subscription model.

 Pay per question: With the payment model question, the user selects the price you are willing to pay to enjoy the benefits of access to the site in relation to a single question. Once you have selected the price and the amount paid, your question may be published on Auto Repair Help. Technicians tend to respond quickly or with a request for additional information or an answer. In the case of requests for additional information, it is important to take the opportunity to communicate directly with the Technician so that he or She may ask for additional information to answer the question.

Once you get an answer from a Technician, you will be asked if you find it useful and if you want to accept it. You are prompted to accept the answer if considered useful (that’s what you decide according to their own criteria). By accepting an answer, will be directing and authorizing payment to the Technician (and not) of a portion of the payment to enjoy the benefits of access to the site. If you accept more than one answer, you are authorizing to perform various positions in the issuer of the designated payment (eg, credit card or PayPal account Auto Repair Help.US provided). For example, if you accept two answers, the sender will receive a payment charge double the price. Auto Repair Help.US does not guarantee receipt of a response from a Technician or satisfaction with communication with the Technician. In the unlikely event that no Technician responds to your question within thirty (30) days, Auto Help Repair will provide, as part of the benefits of access to the site, copies of other existing previous questions and answers on some related category. Auto Repair Help.US, with your question, will allow access to them (which Auto Repair Help.US sees fit).

Auto Repair Help.US is very serious about customer satisfaction. Therefore, if you do not accept an answer to your question, do not receive or are not satisfied with the experience on Auto Repair Help.US for any reason, you have the option to request a refund within thirty (30) days from the time you placed payment to formulate the question in Auto Repair Help.US. You can do so by sending an email to info@autorepairhelp.us. Refer to your e-mail before requesting a refund to make sure you’ve seen the latest answers to your question. If you do not request a refund within thirty (30) days after payment days Auto Repair Help.US is not obliged to provide a refund whatever the reason and be entitled to retain the entire amount of the payment as compensation for allowing you to enjoy the benefits of access to site related to your question.

 Subscription: Subscriptions allow customers to enjoy the benefits of access to the site to numerous questions posed on the site for a recurring monthly or annual fee. Each subscription period, subscription customers receive an automatic charge of the subscription fee, which is transferred to the Fund for subscription customers (an account with the payment of subscriptions of all subscription customers). As a subscription customer, once you receive an answer (at their discretion), you will be asked to click the “OK” button, which will authorize the payment of Fund subscription clients the Technician. If for any reason does not believe that an answer is useful, it has the option to reject it and not accept it. At the end of each subscription period, any part of the subscription fee that it remains in the Fund subscription customers Auto Help Repair.US be paid as compensation for the benefits of access to the site which the user has enjoyed during the subscription period. Within thirty (30) days after payment of the subscription, you may cancel your subscription and request a refund of the subscription fee less amounts already paid to the Technicians after accepting their answers. If you accept a subscription and later accepts a different, conditions apply last selected subscription and old subscription is canceled. Subscription customers will be linked to the details of the subscription, so it is recommended that you read them thoroughly. To cancel a subscription you will need to contact the customer subscription service by sending an email to the following address  info@autorepairhelp.us.

Technicians cannot participate in the subscription program Auto Help Repair.US, like members of their immediate family (spouse, parents, children or siblings and stepparents, stepchildren, stepsiblings and spouses thereof) and those living with them (those people, with or without family ties, who have lived with the Technician for at least three months in the twelve preceding the start of the subscription month). If we believe they have earned money in suspicious circumstances or have been derived funds a suspicious note, we will investigate the situation until a decision we deem appropriate in our sole discretion, a decision that may require the involvement of third parties such as company credit cards corresponding. We will use commercially reasonable efforts not to exceed ninety-day suspension of the account while our staff or a third party doing the research.

Rebates and special programs. If you have not exhausted the thirty (30) days specified and may request a refund in accordance with the policies defined in the previous refund by sending an email to  info@autorepairhelp.us. However, once you have accepted a response or thirty (30) days have elapsed, you will have lost the right to such reimbursement.

Auto Help Repair,US reserves the right to initiate special incentive programs, prices, membership, etc. These programs may be limited, if it so chooses Auto Help Repair.US, a restricted set of users or nonusers. Promotional fares or transfer credits to customer accounts by Auto Help Repair.US for use in obtaining answers to the site becomes the property of Auto Help Repair (never be owned by the user or may be reimbursed to them) and unless otherwise stated on site or in an e-mail sent to a user, will only be available for thirty (30) days.

15. Receive special offers and other communications:
By accepting this Agreement, you agree to receive coupons, special offers and other communications Auto Help Repair.US under the terms of the Privacy Policy. You can change this setting if you make the necessary changes to your profile Auto Repair Help.US.

16. Changes to our Terms and Conditions:
If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will update the Terms and Conditions modification date below:
